Job Description:

Professional Representatives are MBM's front-line point of contact with restaurant managers. The role of these transportation employees is not only that of maintaining an exemplary driving record, they must also be knowledgeable of all aspects of the customer's distribution program. Professional Representatives are ultimately responsible for delivering all products on their routes in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. Our transportation equipment is the latest "state-of-the-art" equipment on the road. With access to over 500 fuel and maintenance locations through the US, the fleet of refrigerated transports is maintained at the highest level of operation possible.

Driver Representative Pay:

  • Our average driver makes $63,000
  • Extra Pay for picking up backhauls, etc.
  • Paid every two weeks

Driver Representative Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Prefer that you live within a 100 mile radius of a distribution center.
  • Must have a valid Class A CDL license
  • 1 year verifiable tractor trailer driving experience
  • Good Driving Record (MVR) with no more than one moving violation or preventable accident during the previous 3-year period. No convictions of reckless driving during the previous 3 years and no conviction of a DUI or DWI within the previous 60 months (5 years) from the date of the application.
  • Ability to pass D.O.T. physical, pre-employment drug test and criminal background check
  • Must take and pass road test
  • Willing and able to lift up to approximately 75 lbs. on a consistent basis and required to take and pass a physical capacity test
