Create long-term relationships with customers and carriers by being committed to an excellent work ethic and providing quality service, dispatch carriers, and excel at coordinating load transactions to final completion.

• 5+ years experience in trucking operations, brokerage sales/service, and/or dispatching operations
• An Established customer and carrier account base.
• Ability to use computer-based brokerage software and electronic mail, and perform internet searches.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Motivated, determined, aggressive, confident, successful, entrepreneur-minded, must be hands-on, high energy & enjoy a fast-paced work environment.

• Minimum of a fax, telephone and high speed internet access.
