The Renaissance Concourse Hotel is located at One Hartsfield Centre Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30354 and is currently seeking talented people to join their hotel staff. If providing guests with an experience that exceeds their expectations is your thing, then we need you now!
The Delighted To Serve Operator is responsible for serving as the main point of contact for all guests' requests and questions received by phone. Documents all requests, dispatches information to the appropriate department and follows up to ensure guest satisfaction. Responsible for taking room service orders and must have the ability to work with little supervision. Must be a possess great communication, typing and problem resolution skills. Position requires excellent guest service skills and availability to work a flexible schedule. Food & Beverage experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
