Seeking CDL B Delivery Drivers in the Oakland, CA area!
This publicly held, multi-billion dollar, global retailer with warehouse club operations in eight countries is currently adding additional delivery drivers for the morning shift at their terminal in the Oakland, CA area. Overview
Drivers deliver merchandise (dry and/or refrigerated) to customers within a 75-mile radius of the Oakland area terminal. Drivers unload using a hand dolly or pallet jack. Drivers average 15 stops per day. Mornings shift begins between 6:00am-8:00am. Drivers work Monday thru Friday with occasional Saturdays. Drivers must be willing and able to work any day of the week, if asked. Drivers average 50 hours per week with overtime after 8 hours daily and 40 hours weekly. Drivers are guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week. Drivers must provide excellent customer service and meet all delivery windows. This is a union position.
Compensation
$13.50-$15.50 per hour to start, depending on experience
Annual raises per union contract
OT after 8 hours/day & 40 hours/week
