Primary Duties:
- Manage the overall information systems functions of the organization including database management, computer operations, telecommunications, programming and systems development efforts.
- Review organizational information system requirements and consult with management to implement appropriate IT systems, equipment and technological solutions for multi-site business operations.
- Establish and communicate programming, system operations, and maintenance policies and procedures cross site.
- Ensure theat "best practices" are implemented and shared throughout all operational sites.
- Rearch and recommend the purchase of new hardware and software systems to meet growing demand for system reliability and performance.
- Determine scope and priorities of projects, system capacity and equipment purchases.
- Recommend and develop plans for systems development and operations, hardware and software purchases, budget and staffing.
- Manages the development, implementation, installation, and operation of information and functional systems for the organization.
- Arrange and monitor consultant work activities, technical personnel, and vendors for services and products.
- Provides support to end users in the selection, procurement, usage, and maintenance of software programs and hardware.
- Manages computer operation scheduling, backup, storage, and retrieval functions.
- Develops, maintains and tests disaster recovery plans.
- Manage and maintain the overall system security for all business sites.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.
- 8-10 years of demonstrated work experience in relevant IT position or equivalent.
- Mircosoft Certified Systems Engineer a PLUS
- Experience in managing and integrating multi-business processes and technical implementations.
- Proven leadership abilities including team building and communication skills.
