Line Cooks. Maintains a high degree of cleanliness throughout kitchen area and prepares all major food items. Must be able to read and follow menus and recipes and have thorough knowledge of sanitation and food storage and temperature standards.  Works in pantry and on main line hot/cold stations as needed. Completes opening/closing duties.  Line assignments will be relative to experience, but seeking individuals willing to be trained in all areas.  Must have basic culinary experience in a high volume, a la carte setting with good knife skills.  1-2+ years experience on an a la carte cooking line; culinary school training highly preferred.  Must be available to work a flexible full time schedule including weekends and holidays, rotating shifts and days.
