Job Description:

Property Manager – Position is responsible for all operational and financial aspects of the self storage and apartment properties to ensure Company goals are met. Duties include, but are not limited to: leasing, rent collection, resident relations, community maintenance, personnel management, budget control and routine reporting. High school diploma or equivalent, advanced education and/or CAM/CPM certifications preferred. Four (4) yrs multi-family and/or self storage experience, with two (2) years related management experience required. Proven success in retention, marketing, leasing, and maintenance a must. Must be able to manage multiple tasks and remain detail oriented in a fast-paced environment. Computer literacy a must.
Performs all activities related to apartment and self storage rentals, move-ins, lease renewals, and occupancy verification. Interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy, including generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments and units, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation and completing move-in paperwork and procedures.
