Job Description:

Teaher for classroom of 2 year-olds in an NAEYC accredited program. Responsible for care and education of a group as part of a teaching team. Planning and implementing curriculum, working with parents, assessing the needs and growth of children. Hours are 9:00 to 2:30 Monday through Friday with 2:30-5:30 extended day program on Tue, Wed, and Thu. Program is a ministry of Central United Methodist Church.

Hourly pay rate determined by education and experience. Minimum of associated degree in Early Childhood education and at least one year supervised teaching experience. Good verbal and written comunication skills a must. Reliability, maturity, flexibility and the ability to work in a co-teaching atmosphere is required. Must have a sense of humor.

Paid planning time, paid personal time and a fun, caring work environment.
