Competitive candidates will have capital to invest, a successful track record in sales, customer service, business management and/or business ownership. Strong leadership skills, an entrepreneurial spirit and drive to succeed are also key components to your success. Additionally, candidates must have ability to obtain property/casualty and life/health insurance licenses.
