Master Risk Management Security Consultant (Security Architect)

Basic Function:
Responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously updating the security consulting process supporting enterprise information security policies and standards; Providing solutions to resolve gaps in security; and providing architecture and infrastructure guidance for applications, operating systems and networks.

Job Requirements:
1) Bachelor Degree in Information Technology and 5 years Information Technology security consulting experience OR 7 years Information Technology security consulting experience;2) Experience in hands-on technical security control architecture and design, information security solutions engineering, security technology implementation, and security service delivery role;3) Experience with internals and security aspects of a variety of application servers, web servers, media/content servers, messaging servers, database servers, integration servers, etc;4) Experience in user interface/n-tier application development environments. 5) Experience in middleware security. 6) Experience in complex enterprise architecture security lock-downs. 7) Knowledge of and familiarity with industry laws and regulations mandating information security and information risk management requirements. These regulations include: HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley, GLB, and others;8) Experience communicating with all levels of management; 9) Experience in multiple technologies, including: C, C  , C#, Java, UML, XSLT, J2EE, Web Sphere, COM , .NET, GSS-API, MS Crypto API, PAM, Kerberos, DCE Security Service, SSL/TLS, SAML, S/MIME, PKCS API’s, Netegrity SiteMinder, RSA ClearTrust, Entrust GetAccess, Oblix NetPoint, Oracle, DB2/UDB, MS IIS, MS BizTalk, MS Integration Server, IBM WebSphere, iPlanet Directory, MS Active Directory, PeopleSoft, IBM MQSeries, Windows XP, Windows 2003, AIX, Solaris, Z/OS, AS/400.

Preferred Job Requirements:
1) Experience in a managed healthcare, other insurance environment, or financial institution.
