Overview
Drivers deliver manufactured automotive products in 53 foot dry-van to Southeastern states from Pennsylvania to Florida. 70% of deliveries are "no-touch" with 30% being driver-assist unload using pallet-jack or 2-wheel dolly. Drivers are responsible for piece counts and noting damage or discrepancies. Most stops average 15 minutes in duration. Drivers average 2500 - 3000 miles per week and are paid hub miles. Drivers return home most Fridays and are dispatched again on Sundays. Many routes have the driver home during the week as well. New driver receive $2000 sign-on bonus.
Compensation
$.39 per mile (Average $1100 to $1300 per week or $56,000 to 68,000 per year)
$.075 per mile of pay rate paid as a non-taxable expense reimbursement
$2000 signing bonus (paid after 4 months of service)
$500 safety bonus

Requirements
CDL-A
"H" endorsement (Hazmat) or willing to apply for "H" endorsement
23 years of age
2 years or 200,000 miles verifiable experience
1 year OTR experience
