Job Description:

White Robbins Property Management is growing and is looking to hire an additional property manager. With the state of the current real estate market, we are finding more property owners considering renting their homes as opposed to selling them. Plus today's home buyers are having a tougher time qualifying for mortgages, which increases the pool of tenants. In other words, property management business is good and getting better. White Robbins Property Management handles primarily residential single family homes and townhomes for investors that do not want to actively manage and/or seek new tenants for their properties. We also handle a limited number of small apartment buildings. We enjoy a very strong reputation in the area employers and have been active in New Castle, nearby Chester and Delaware counties since 1990. We are located in the Pike Creek shopping center at 4764 Limestone Road. Our office is open 8:30 to 4:30 from Monday thru Friday, although there can be addiitonal evening and weeked demands for appointments or showings.
