Salary

to $70,000 based on experience and skills Fully paid health, vacation and overtime paid at 37 1/2 hours

Duties

General litigation legal secretarial duties and projects as assigned by the litigation partner Heavy client contact A lot of interesting administrative work Maintain calendar Keep files in a neat and orderly manner Type documents drafted by the partner

Required

Minimum of 4-6 years of related litigation legal secretarial experience Strong Microsoft Word Good interpersonal skills to work with clients The ability to keep client information confidential at all times
