Job Description:

PA Certified General Appraiser - to do Commercial and Investment Narrative or less Appraisals in Southcentral PA in the Counties of York, Lancaster,Adams,Cumberland and Dauphin. This is an independent contractor position in a long established office of over 35 years in business. We are strictly an appraisal company (no real estate sales). The Commercial Appraiser hired would be the main appraiser for our office. My Residential Appraisers have all been with me at least 20 years there about. This is a job with great potential. All Commercial Appraisers that have worked for me in the past have to gone on to being very successful. Experience and General Certification are a must (will not train).
