We contract fill bottles and our unique, unit-dose, modified blow-fill-seal MicroDose® and Twist-Tip™ vials and thermoformed VersaPak™ single-use packages with a variety of products.
We are currently recruiting for the position of
Mixing Sanitation Technician ~ Day and Swing Shift
The Mixing Sanitation Technician is responsible for operating and cleaning Mixing Room equipment, along with assisting in Production as needed.
THIS POSITION WILL BE PART-TIME MIXING ROOM AND PART TIME PRODUCTION.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Measure, weigh, mix, and dispense chemicals while mixing product.
Clean and sanitize mixing room equipment.
Operate mixing room equipment.
Review and record data.
Maintain accurate production records, including (but not limited to) totals, number of rejects, and accounting for bulk product.
Assist with Production operations as required, including operating machines, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, and other duties as assigned.
Follow established policies and procedures to ensure compliance with FDA/GMP/ISO/QSR guidelines.
Learn and follow all safety requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
Understanding of chemicals and their handling.
Ability to multitask.
Good attention to detail.
Good math skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal procedures and instructions.
Ability to work independently with little direction in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work as a member of a team.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.
May be required to wear a respirator on occasion.
