Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Job Description:

Office Manager/Bookkeeper needed to oversee day-to-day office operations for Steel Fabrication Company in Crawford. Candidate must possess strong organization skills, must be proficient in A.R., A.P., payroll, taxes, bank recs, excellent knowledge of and prior experience w/QuickBooks Pro and strong MS Word skills.
Other tasks include: Word documents, compose correspondence, e.g. memos, e-mails, letters, bids, responses to request and inquiries. Keeping the company and owner as organized as possible.
A genuine interest in bookkeeping and an outgoing attitude helpful.
