Sr. Contracts Administrator
Job Functions:
- Acts as the primary point of contact between company and customer with respect to all contractual matters
- Monitors compliance with contract and program requirements
- Examines performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Provides contractual guidance to program personnel.
- Evaluates and interprets contract language to determine the company's obligations under the contract, while asserting the company's rights
- Maintains all required contractual records in accordance with the contract requirements and company policies and procedures
- Provide continual review to ensure all terms and conditions are met and problems are identified and resolved/mitigated in a timely manner.
- Negotiates, drafts and administers moderately complex contracts, including but not limited to, non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and subcontracting agreements
- Review of government solicitations and collaboration with team members on proposal efforts. Where appropriate provides proposal input, including legal disclaimers and contractual assumptions.
- Assist with FFP, CPFF and/or T&M pricing for RFP proposal efforts.
- Performs other related tasks of similar complexity as directed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience ; 8 or more years preferred.
· Negotiation/administration, preferably specializing in Government contracts.
· The ability to handle multiple contracts of varying types and size through the contracts administration process.
· Excellent understanding of government contracts laws and regulations specifically FAR and DFAR
· Proposal pricing experience.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel in a Windows environment is required.
- Demonstrated strong verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels of people across functional organizations within GRS, the Government, and with other external customers or relations.
