A well known national company with Headquarters in Memphis, TN is currently hiring Inside Sales Representatives for their call centers in Memphis, TN and Dallas, TX:

Summary: RESPONSIBILITIES: Must be available to begin full-time training. Maximize inbound sales opportunities by selling products to new and existing customers. Maximize every sales call by selling products and services to new and existing customers generating revenue. Demonstrate a solid understanding of our various products and services to ensure an accurate description is provided to customers ensuring quality sales and retention. Identifies the customers need and maximizes the call to result in a sale. While maximizing sales opportunities, ensure solid customer service for the customer at all times Perform other related duties as assigned. Sales Rep hours of operation are 3PM to10 PM. Preferred Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of all functions and related tasks in the area of customer service (face to face and phone). Witten, oral, interpersonal communication, and problem solving skills. 6-12 months Customer Service/Sales call center experience. Ability to work independently but also strong team orientation. Previous sales experience. Must have punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
