The Oklahoma Department of Human Services seeks applicants for a Child Care Licensing Specialist in Kiowa County. 
Duties include on-site monitoring of child care facilities for compliance with licensing requirements, investigating complaints, and providing on-going technical assistance and consultation to the facility.
A bachelor's degree is required. Preference will be given to candidates with an early childhood or child development background and/or bilingual candidates with written and conversational skills in Spanish and English.
