Job Description:

Zacchaeus Legal Services of Trenton, North Carolina currently has an opening for a document processor and settlement representative. ZLS has a good work team in place, is moving into a new facility (which includes exercise room, shower, small courtyard and break room with full kitchen), offers health insurance, retirement program, vacation and sick leave, and exercise time allowance (limited). Experience, special study or paralegal internship is not necessary. However, please set out any such experience, if any, particularly in the title searching area, on your resume. Hard work, professionalism and an ability to work with others are required. All ZLS employees are expected to be part of our team and make a good presentation to existing and prospective clients. These are not “I need a job” positions; these are “I want a career” opportunities. As a part of the interview process, along with providing a resume, applicants may be expected to take a typing test, proof-read a document, and present a writing sample (100-200 words). Prospective employees will also be required to take a drug test and submit to a criminal background check. ZLS is a smoke-free workplace. All ZLS employees are non-smokers.
