You will act as a liason between CSW, our client and all of the client’s packaging suppliers, working onsite at the client’s facility in southwestern CT. Our client is a consumer product company which processes over 200 pieces of packaging artwork every week. Reporting to our client's Packaging Manager as well as CSW's Account Management team, your duties will include:
-Loading electronic art files into a content management server.
-Expediting the client's internal approval process.
-Communicating delivery priorities to all parties involved.
-Administrative and secretarial support for the client’s Packaging Manager.
-Coordinating communication with the client’s marketing management, legal department and production facilities, as well as external advertising agencies, packaging producers and pre-press suppliers.
A minimum of 3 years experience in customer service or project management is required along with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft FrontPage, excellent time management skills, and the ability to exhibit a sense of focus, competence and acute professionalism under pressure. Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint is a plus.
