President, Entrepreneur-in-Residence

Develop and implement a strategic plan, and provide the leadership, to grow the company – organically, through acquisition, or by establishing strategic partnerships – while retaining current profitability margins.

Specific responsibilities include:

▪       Understanding and managing all technical components of the business

▫       Tax law, tax programs and tax forms

▫       Programming and database issues for ASP, server and client development

▫       Network and hardware infrastructure

▫       Network security

▫       Online customer service and CRM

▪       CPA-based marketing and advertising – with traditional cost restraints – to grow customer usage and revenue.

▪       Identify strategic acquisition and merger opportunities

▪       Oversee company operations to ensure continued efficiency, quality, service and cost-effective management of resources

Knowledge and skill requirements:

▪       Exceptional written and verbal communications

▪       Thorough knowledge of programming languages and high-volume network infrastructure, including network security

▪       Raw intelligence to solve problems, including developing logic and diagramming complicated tax forms for programmers

▪       Ability to differentiate between the excellent and the mediocre (regarding programming, copy, design and presentation).
