Reports to Finance Administrator for Operations; directs the preparation of OKDHS monthly financial commission report, oversees reconciliations between OKHDS records & OSF records; directs the preparation of annual 1099s, monitors cash flow for release of expenditures in accordance with best practices & applicable laws & regulations. Additionally, responsible for assuring agency financial accounting & reporting integrity. 

Prefer applicants w/4 yr degree in Accounting, or a closely related field, or w/valid CPA license; prof. level applicant who is self-motivated.
