Property manager needed for Non-profit organization.  Fairbanks Neighborhood Housing Services offers affordable housing for low income families.   This position manages 43 plus units in the south Cushman area and supervises the Resident Manager and Maintenance Manager.  Experience with home and tax credit properties is a plus.  Must be organized, motivated and dependable with the ability to multi-task.  Must be able to work with tenants, contractors, our partners and North star (community service).  This position also works closely with the Executive Director and assists as needed.   Please send resumes to FNHS, P.O.
