Receptionist for Small Office
No Experience Required

Pay: $ 8.00 to 10.00
Requirements:
      1.      Wear appropriate office attire at all times.

Must follow procedure.
Must be punctual.
Must be discrete with confidential information.

The Ideal Candidate will posses the following: Must be a team player, Must be able to pay close attention to detail with ability to handle a fast pace job. Duties will include: Answer, Screen and distribute incoming calls; Greet and direct visitors in person and over the telephone; Retrieve and distribute faxes, print jobs and other material. Daily general office duties will include filing, faxing, data entry, etc; Maintain clean and professional front lobby, occasionally conference room and some kitchen cleaning; Assist as needed for office to operate professionally and efficiently. Work Hours: are 8:30am to 5:30pm, with 1hr for lunch, Monday to Friday.
