Aidant Fire and Security is an established (35-year) smoke-free company seeking a dynamic office assistant adept at multi-tasking to perform administrative and customer service duties in our Albuquerque branch facility. The ideal candidate will have prior front and back office experience with an enthusiastic, friendly telephone manner, and excellent computer skills.

Duties may include scheduling appointments, dispatching service technicians, handling and processing customer requests, preparing reports, completing paperwork for billing purposes, and interaction with other departments and the home office.
