Ensure high quality triage is conducted for patients and delivers preventive care and chronic diease management according to established guidelines.  Requires current, full, active and unrestricted RN licensure in New Mexico.  Ability to drive to outlying locations, requires valid drivers' license, safe driving record and proof of auto insurance.  Ability to provide individual and family counseling, guideance and health instructions to help patients understand how to prevent disease and maintain good helath.  Excellent communication skills. Requires use of personal vehicle for travel to outlying locations.  Successful candidate must complete background security investigation prior to beginning position.  Monday through Friday 8-5 work shift, excellent pay and benefits, 11 paid holidays, 401(k), PTO. Please visit our website: www.efch.org.
