Account Executive:
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and organized with the ability to discover and prioritize multiple opportunities. The applicant will possess proven creative, analytical and planning expertise. He or she must be a team-player who will work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferably, the candidate will also have team lead capabilities and experience.
Specific Duties:
Discover Opportunities
Recognizes strategic prospects and develops strategic accounts based on the guidelines set by our sales and executive management
Creates opportunities by offering customer financial benefit and competitive advantage
Interviews customers’ line and executive level management to determine their vision/strategic plans
Promotes product and service depth within existing customers organizations
Exploit Opportunities
Shows comprehensive understanding of customers’ current position
Acknowledges customers intention for desired outcome
Presents an intelligent, researched course of action for achieving desired result and key benefits
Product Knowledge
Understands and scales company technical capabilities and how they can be applied to the customers environment
Maintains strong understanding of past company proposed solutions
Account Management
Coordinates company resources
Demonstrates company quality and added value
Encourages customers to provide constant feedback
Monitors progress of existing projects and developments for new projects
Collects customer and prospect data for reporting to sales management
