Salary: Starts @ $7.25 to $7.50 per hour

Seeking mature individuals who are willing to work with challenging youth ages 2-17. Must be dependable, have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, and have plenty of patience. We are looking for individuals who can be positive role models to our residents. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, 1-year experience working with youth (preferred) Driver’s License, and TB Test. Criminal History /Child Abuse Background check done prior to employment. All employees must pass a drug screening prior to employment. And they are done randomly throughout the year.
Responsibilities: All aspects of client supervision and daily program operation. Examples: supervision of residents, bed checks, cooking/general housekeeping (on occasion), documentation of clients notes, General play activities with youth, transportation, crisis intervention, and attending, staff meetings and training.
