Hiring full-time Title Searcher to cover Jefferson and surrounding counties. Will only consider candidates with a minimum of 1 year experience searching in Jefferson or the surrounding counties.

If you have a minimum of 1 year's experience in Jefferson or the surrounding counties, the following capabilities and attributes will also be evaluated: candidates with substantial experience in originating mortgages, reviewing title reports, researching public records and who are very fast learners and can work independently at a fast pace on sometimes complicated research, have a reliable car (mileage paid) and don’t mind driving to surrounding counties.
