JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for a wide variety of daily duties essential to running a successful office. Performs and completes tasks to check-in and check-out patients, completes data entry, routes routine telephone inquiries and schedules routine appointments, handles mail and other clerical duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Greets all patients and callers courteously, determines their needs, schedules appointments and receives payment

Operates telephone system to relay incoming and interoffice calls
-
Manages schedules
-
Creates weekly PowerPoint Presentations
-
Assists in various aspects of advertising and marketing
-
Data entry, file and database management
-
Coordinates meetings, supplies, travel arrangements
-
Responsible for periodic website and newsletter updates
-
Maintains office facilities
-
Orders office supplies
-
Receives, sorts, and posts all mail
REQUIREMENTS:
-
1-2 years front office experience
-
Computer Proficient: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) , Adobe, Email, Internet,
-
Good data entry skills
-
Analytical skills to interpret, problem solve and offer solutions
-
Human relations skills to deal effectively with patients and staff
-
A working understanding of standard business protocol
-
Pleasant and cooperative attitude
-
Handling cash and compiling bank deposits with high accuracy rate
-
Calendar: able to manage, record and schedule events
-
Familiarity with marketing aspects of Facebook and Twitter a plus
-
Some college preferred
COMPENSATION / BENEFITS

$12-14/hr depending on experience
