A professional company located in southwest Austin entering its 22nd year in business seeks a responsible, hard working, and dependable Lawn Maintenance Manager to work with its dynamic team.
Preferably, the successful candidate will be bilingual and have at least five years of management experience. This individual will be hard working, stable and have a verifiable work history and good references, have a willingness to learn, a great attitude and be willing to work 50+ hours on a regular basis. Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
The successful candidate will have the experience to effectively manage and schedule and route 12+ crews in a fast paced indoor/outdoor environment. Must proactively track and resolve problem issues.
Must be customer focused, reliable, ability to focus in a busy environment, ability to get along well with others, and be able to pass background checks (MVR, Criminal, Educational, etc). |
