Helping customers with computers problems over the phone.
Duties for this position include, providing basic technical support and service for propreitary computer imaging system; Troubleshoot various problem to provide appropriate resolutions to customers.
Qualifications include strong phone skills, excellent communication with customers and team members. Must priortize and multi-task various responsibilities on a daily basis, general knowlege of computers, enjoy working in an ever changing environment. Bilingual (spanish) is a plus.
