Looking for friendly, outgoing, responsible couple to manage a 28 unit motel on Truman Lake in Warsaw Mo in a quiet secluded area. Truman Lake is primarily a fishing lake with hunting allowed on the property surrounding the Lake. Duties to include guest check-ins, light maintenance, mowing and yard upkeep, answer phone, laundry (linens), light record keeping, managing housekeepers, daily room inspections, and normal upkeep to facility. Apartment on premises and utilities provided. No pets or children please.Management experience helpful, but not required.
