Part time Customer Service opportunities in Manhattan!!
Our client is growing rapidly and looking for energetic, talented individuals. You will be part of an organization with more than 60 facilities in six Northeastern states. In addition, this company currently employs in excess of more than 4,000 people and is known well for professionalism, outstanding customer ratings, and excellent associate benefits. Responsibilities: In this position you will be responsible for processing payments from customer purchases, answering inbound calls, coordinating furniture deliveries on some occasions, entering orders in the computer, and helping to delivery the best customer service available. This part-time position is available for 20 hours per week. Flexible to work days, nights and weekend are preferred. As a minimum requirement candidates must be able to work on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Requirements: Very good computer skills 2 years of solid customer service skills (previous call center experience is helpful) Experience in a retail environment (furniture is preferred) Good interpersonal skills Familiar with fast paced environment and large volume of sales per day/shift This company offers a competitive pay scales and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, profit sharing, paid vacation and a generous merchandise discount.
