Computer Technician position doing Network and PC troubleshooting.
Full Time / Part Time *Must be willing to travel*
Computer Technician
* Minimum 2 years of hands on experience.
* Basic trouble-shooting at desktop level including support of MS Windows 2000, XP and Vista, MS Office and general network connectivity issues.
* Ability to identify and resolve numerous hardware, software and network issues.
* Ability to support numerous clients with numerous configurations.
* Strong written and oral communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with end users.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, time management and problem solving
skills are essential.
* Must be a self-starter, and able to verbally communicate to peers with
confidence.
* Willingness to travel up to 75%.
This position includes supporting PC and network requirements for numerous clients simultaneously with periodic on-site visits. Applicant must be comfortable supporting multiple customers with multiple configurations while maintaining proper levels of communication with all clients.
