Take a project from the contract stage to the completed stage. Deal with the customers, in their home, and the entire construction side of the project. You will have experienced and friendly co-workers, good working environment and support / resources from the owner / operator of the company. The amount of involvement is dependent upon your qualifications and desire to advance. MUST be a NON-SMOKER.
