  • Job Description

    OIF is looking for someone to run the Kitchen at the St Cloud, MN board & lodging facility. Hours will be 10:00am - 2:00pm, Monday - Friday. This person will be responsible for preparing meals that will be served at 11:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. This person will be responsible for planning meals that will be served at 11:30 am and 4:30 pm on Saturday's & Sunday's. This person will be responsible for ordering groceries weekly, maintaining food storage, planning and/or preparing meals for each day of the week, and following ServSafe food preparation and storage requirements.

    • Ability to follow instructions given by Chief Executive Officer. • Ability to prepare nutritious meals 2 times a day, 5 days a week. • Ability to work with adult men with mental illness and chemical dependency issues. • Ability to work with other staff members. • Able to cook for large groups using a budget. • Must be able to plan 2 meals a day, 2 times a week for Saturday's & Sunday's.
