Entravision Communications CorporationReceptionistLocation/Market: Santa Monica, CAInterested candidates must submit their application on Entravision's Career Site: https://entravision.csod.com/ats/careersite/jobdetails.aspx?site1¢ravision&id971Job DescriptionEntravision Communications Corporation (NYSE: EVC) a diversified global media and advertising technology company serving Latino consumers seek companies seeks a Receptionist for its Corporate Headquarters in Santa Monica, California.SummaryResponsible for ensuring all callers and visitors are greeted promptly in a friendly and professional manner as well as performing essential office duties.Essential FunctionsAnswer main offices phones including CEO?s phones when needed.Promptly pass along phone messagesPrepare, process, and track incoming and outgoing mail and FedEx packages.Track, order, receive, and stock kitchen and office related supplies.Upkeep and maintenance of the common areas, such as the reception area, conference rooms, photocopying/work areas, kitchen, and hallways.Responsible for general kitchen duties; load/unload dishes from the dishwasher, make coffee, restock and maintain refrigerator, restock supplies.Assist in maintaining a professional and organized office setting.Provide administrative support and assistance to all departments as needed.Assist in coordinating and organizing events such as meetings, luncheons, and departmental activities as needed.Assist in coordinating lunch pickup/delivery for CEO, Executives, and guests when needed.Supervisory ResponsibilityReports directly to SVP, Global Human Resources 7& Risk ManagementCompetencies Very Strong Attention to Detail.
