We are committed to providing cost effective solutions to our customers through our team of trained managers and employees.Title: Data Entry Clerk Reports To: Dining Facility Manager / Supervisor / Project Manager / Shift LeadSummary:Under the direct management of the Dining Facility Manager and Asst. Dining Facility Manager. The data clerk will operate computer to perform all requirements for the Army Food Management Information System (AFMIS). The clerk will assist in a variety of administrative matters to include maintaining financial and other records both manually and electronically, verifying reports for accuracy and completeness.Duties and Responsibilities:Is the lead for 2 - 4 cashier / headcount employees.Operates the dining facility AFMIS system to create and adjust shopping lists and production schedules, makes requests against the inventory, facilitates returns to the inventory, provides inventory accountability, headcount entries; and inquire against a variety of files, etc.Establishes sequence of work accomplishments within established priorities.Performs other clerical duties as required; Answers telephones, posts publications, files according to IAW ARIMS-25-400-2 and operates standard office machines such as calculator, scanner, fax and copy machines.Should be familiar with the duties of Cashier/Headcount and in emergencies fulfill these requirements.Maintains cleanliness of all areas of responsibility.Advises Dining Facility Manager on progress of duties and/or problem areas.Performs other duties as required.Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)May assist with payroll.Qualifications:Can read write and comprehend written instructional documents, perform common mathematics tasks and communicate effectively.One year of supervisory experienceAdditional Responsibilities:Adhere to the RHFS rules and regulations set forth in the employee handbook.Comply with all HACCP standards.Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.Duties may be assigned by the Supervisor, Dining Facility Manager, or Project Manager.Applies basic skills and may develop skills appropriate for the position.Physical Demands:May lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Stands and moves within the kitchen area for 6 to 8 hours (excluding break and lunch periods)Some bending and squatting.Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age at time of pre-employment screeningMust be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process; including drug screen and background investigation and meet Company standards.EOE/M/F/D/V/SO
