About the Role:
While we have a fantastic headquarters office located in Midtown Atlanta, Oxford's corporate team operates with 'remote first' approach. The Talent Acquisition and Operations Associate is considered a primarily remote position and we welcome talent located anywhere!
The Talent Acquisition and Operations Associate will support the business through establishing trusting and collaborative relationships with hiring managers and conducting the full cycle recruitment of new employees. The Associate supports talent programs, processes, and operations that create an effective, engaging, and positive employee experience.
What you will do:
* Serve as primary full cycle recruiter for hiring, including source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, support offer negotiation, conduct references, and complete required documentation.
* Collaborate with and assist hiring managers with job requirements, ensure all positions being recruited for have current job descriptions and coordinate with Compensation to ensure all newly created/revised jobs are evaluated in accordance with established policy and process.
* Support the development and delivery of new hire orientation that build a strong foundation for new employees and increase employee engagement.
* Serve as Workday subject matter expert. Help test, document, implement, and provide end user support for HRIS systems as needed. Research recruiting and talent related functionality.
* Proactively create and maintain strategic talent pipelines and relationships that support the business' growth, including college recruiting and intern programs.
* Maintain strong working knowledge of compliance requirements across the workforce and ensure they are integrated into policies and practices. Re-write and/or update company policies and procedures as needed within HR files and company's intranet.
* Coordinate exit process for departing employees. Conduct analysis and propose actions when appropriate.
* Assist in the development and delivery talent focused processes, programs, or communications, including performance management, learning and development, engagement events, and intranet content.
* Perform general HR related tasks and ongoing projects and initiatives as needed.

Who we would like to meet:
* Bachelor's degree in business management, communications, marketing, human resources management, or related field or equivalent work experience.
* 2+ years' recruiting or HR experience
* Workday experience a plus
* Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
