  • Job Description

    The Clerical Assistant (CA) is a highly organized person committed to helping a company’s office run smoothly. This entry-level position is made for a team player who can step in wherever necessary and knows that every duty is important to OIF’s overall success. The CA helps other office staff in performing a wide variety of administrative duties and program support activities. The CA works with the Administrative Coordinator and Case Worker in coordination and completion of various community projects and/or events.

  • Responsibility(s)

    • Ability to follow instructions given by Chief Executive Officer. • Ability to work with adult men with mental illness and chemical dependency issues. • Ability to work with other staff members. • Assist Case Worker maintain a caseload of approximately 46 housed residents. • Assist Case Worker with helping residents complete forms for Housing Support and Insurance Applications (as needed). • Communicate and community providers that work with OIF Dream Center in meeting resident needs. • Maintain resident files. • Required to attend weekly staff meetings. • Work with residents to assist in crisis prevention, and in meeting individual needs of Probation/Parole and/or Aftercare requirements.
