Job Description
We at Eurasia Feather Co. are the leading supplier in down feathers used in high-end bedding and apparel. Located in Central Grand Rapids, we clean, sort, and package feathers for high-quality products such as luxury comforters and pillows.
Our associates are accountable for performing all tasks involved in the production of Eurasia products. This includes; but is not limited to; sewing, filling, packing and following standard work methods and practice safe work habits.

Main Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
1-2 years of production experience
Openness to learn new skills
Required Task:- Performs work as directed by production schedule and Production Supervisor.
- Sews, cuts, fills, packs or otherwise assembles the materials to produce finished product.
- Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
- Ensure accuracy of packed, finished goods into correct packaging material and boxes.
- Notify Production Supervisor regarding mechanical or material inefficiencies.
- Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Production Supervisor to ensure the quality of the product.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
- Assist other areas of production as needed.
- Perform related duties as required.
