    Employees will operate sewing machines to join, reinforce, decorate, or perform related sewing operations in the manufrature of ultra lightweight hiking and camping gear. Job expectations include a minimum of 40 hours of work per week as well as reaching and maintaining standards of productivity and quality.

    Starting pay is $12/hr with opportunities for pay increases based on productivity and quality levels.

    Preferred Experience: 1+ years of manufacturing or sewing.
