Job SummaryAs a Roofing Service Technician you will be responsible for assisting in performing quality roof repairs and maintenance in a safe and timely manner on various commercial roof systems. Other duties also include communicating with customers, following safety procedures, and uploading the project process on our mobile app. Job duties also include the completion of defined scope projects and various preventative maintenance activities.

• A Day in the Life

• General maintanence- debris/snow removal, tearing out old roof material, cleaning gutters, etc.
• Work with your Foreman and/or crew to complete quality repairs on commercial roofs
• Assist crew with inspection of leaks and damage
• Assist with repairs, installation of roofing systems and components
• Commercial roofing systems: (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Built-up, etc.)
• Loading and unloading materials onto the roof
• Set up fall-restraint and safety equipment before each job
• Respond to emergency leaks with Foreman (usually on-call 1 week per month)
• Provide professional customer service to our clients
• Communicate with clients

• What We Are Seeking

• Previous experience in field construction
• Previous experience using fall-restraint equipment and safety gear (PPE)
• Comfortable with heights & working outdoors year-round
• Has reliable transportation
• Able to lift heavy material regularly
• Able to assist in the removal, repair, and install all kinds of flat-roofing systems
• Open to on-call availability
• Ability to document project set-up and process on mobile app
• Willing to submit background check and drug test
